What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone, email, address and ZIP.
• Your answers in the quick quote, and any notes or messages.
• Photos you upload of your windows or house.
• If you use the AI assistant: captions of the conversation and a short summary, saved so we can follow up. Typed questions are saved the same way.
• An anonymous visitor ID cookie, so a quote, a booking and a call from the same person stay together.
• Privacy-friendly page statistics from Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.

Who else touches it

• AI assistant voice audio is processed by OpenAI during the call only. We don’t record or store the audio.
• Typed questions to the assistant and photos you send to the visualizer are processed by OpenAI to produce a reply or picture.
• The site is hosted on Vercel. Lead alerts are sent to our office by email.

How we use it

• To answer your request: call or text you back, prepare your estimate, schedule your visit.
• To understand which pages help people, in aggregate.
• We never sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Calls & texts

• When you check the consent box, you agree that we may call or text you about your project, including with automated technology. Consent isn’t required to buy.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

• We keep your project record while it’s useful to you and to us, including for warranty questions.
• Ask and we’ll delete it, unless we need part of it for a job we did or the law requires us to keep it.
